Job shadowing & Staff training
As part of our ongoing professional development efforts, our staff participate in international job shadowing and training activities, often through Erasmus+ projects. These experiences allow educators to observe teaching methods, exchange ideas, and gain new perspectives by spending time in preschools and schools abroad.
What it includes:
- Discussions with international colleagues
- Classroom observations
- Cultural exchange and networking opportunities
- Workshops and seminars
Where & When:
We’ve had job shadowing and training placements across Europe, including Spain, Italy, Romania, Greece, Denmark, France, Austria, Nordic region and Germany. These typically happen during the academic year, depending on the host institution’s availability and project timelines.
How it helps:
These activities enhance our staff’s skills, broaden their understanding of different educational systems, and bring fresh inspiration into our own classrooms. It’s also a great way to foster collaboration and strengthen our international partnerships.

Are you studying to become a preschool teacher/teacher or educator? Join us as an intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, creative, and international environment!
At our preschools and schools, we welcome interns from both Sweden and abroad. Whether you’re here for a few weeks, a full term or for the whole academic year, you’ll be part of a team that values learning, curiosity, and collaboration.
What you’ll experience:
- Real classroom involvement with children aged 1–6 (preschool) 6-16 (school)
- Insight into Swedish and International early childhood education
