In a world that is full of learning possibilities, Futuraskolan International leads the way in developing international mindedness amongst our students, staff and families. With us, they evolve to become tolerant, attentive, respectful, curious, communicative and contributing individuals to the society and the world around.
Futuraskolan wishes to make more concrete how we work with the development of global citizenship, our international profile, our promise and our value ground. In the development of global citizenship, we want to nurture an action orientation by getting more of our staff and students/children involved in community service and exchange in order to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. This exchange is intended to happen on both a local, national and international level.
Through feeding programs, home visits, sharing of knowledge and learning the connection between Futuraskolan and the international community is strengthened.
Today we had a fantastic day spent celebrating our Planet 🌍. The adventure started before we even arrived! Our kids loved:
The Big Bus Ride: There were so many smiles as they sat together, communicate and pointing out the sights through the windows.
Cleaning Up / Ploggning : Working as a team to pick up litter and care for our planet.
Walking Marathon: Staying active and exploring nature with new friends.
It was a day full of sunshine, teamwork, physical activities while learning the meaning of healthy planet 🌍. Also a huge Thank You to Näsby Park Team for organizing such a brilliant event and bringing our local schools and preschools together.

Celebrating International Children’s Book Day at Kvarnskogen ! ✨📚
What a magical day filled with stories, imagination, and joy! Our children came dressed as their favorite characters, bringing along beloved books and toys to share with friends. 🌈📖
The playground was transformed into cozy reading stations, where little readers explored stories together. Our teachers also brought stories to life through drama and role play — truly one of the best ways to spark a love for reading and imagination in young minds. 🎭💫

Futuraskolan Rådan have been working together through the whole school to collaborate for Håll Sverige Rent on Earth Day. Big effort and new improved biodegradable gloves for a more sustainable clean up. @futuraskolan_radan

It’s Earth Day this week and we are working with nature and sustainability themes and thinking about how we take care of our home planet. Our learners contributed artwork based on sustainability themes for last week’s successful GCP Art Fair. We are enjoying the sunshine to go out on nature walks and have many activities planned tomorrow for Earth Day. Dear Parents,
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming **Market Day & Art Exhibition** this Tuesday at **Futuraskolan Int. Preschool Näsby Park**!
Come for a special sneak peek and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look as our teachers transform the preschool into a beautiful art museum showcasing **over 1400 artworks** created by our children during our IEYC Unit *“Imagine That”*. The exhibition is inspired by great artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso, Mondrian, Matisse, Jackson Pollock, Tingatinga, and more! 🎨🌟
🌿 At the entrance (ticket office), families can make a donation to support tree planting in the Bocaina Forest in Brazil after wildfire damage—**every 20 kr plants one tree**. Part of the funds will also support special outings and activities for the children.
🗺️ You will receive a map at the entrance to guide you through the exhibition.
📍 **Important for your visit:**
• Please come early so you have time to fully enjoy the exhibition
• Start upstairs and finish downstairs
• After the exhibition, enjoy delicious baked goods for purchase in the front yard
👗 Dress code: Artistic for both children and families

Had such an inspiring day at SETT 2026 in Kistamässan! ✨ We were two colleagues attending together, and it felt so energizing to share the experience and reflections throughout the day. The main focus was democracy and one of the highlights was the cross‑disciplinary panel, where experts shared different perspectives on how digital tools can support young children’s learning in meaningful ways.
A big thank to our principal for making this opportunity possible 🙏
