Back in May, teams of 2 from Gåshaga, Bergtorp, Rådan, Stockholm and Hertig Karl took part in a culinary masterchef inspired competition.
The task; Create a main course (2 plates/portions), that is complete from both a gastronomical and nutritional viewpoint. That must include at least: 2 vegetables in season (Swedish) 1 vegetable rich in protein, total cost not higher then 50 kr/portion.
